Snatch 'em early

Bear with me for a moment and imagine something for me.

Someone is living life, everything amazing, happy, chilling, then they come home and BAM, their pipe is leaking. But they aren't the kind of person looking for a plumber right away. They reckon they could do it themselves.

So they don't Google 'Emergency plumber near me'. No, no, no, they Google 'How do I fix my pipe?'. They're looking for information about how to do it themselves.

Is this person a lost potential lead for a plumbing business? Others may think so, but I would call it an opportunity to get ahead.

Because if you're a plumbing a business and they search up 'How do I fix my pipe?' and YOU show up for the first results with 'We get your pipe fixed within 1 hour. Guaranteed!'. Doesn't that give a higher chance of them reaching out to you?

You need to snatch 'em early, because if you get them whilst they are looking for information, you're ahead of competition not doing this (which in some cases is A LOT of them).
