Keyword magic
So you're running Google Ads, everything is going amazing with your campaign setup. Then you're hit with this:
Keywords.
And the thing is that business owners find it hard to hit the right keywords and find the right audience. And it's actually kind of not their fault.
The main reason it's hard for them to hit the right keywords and target the right audience is because when they start doing keywords, they stay as a business owner. Which is exactly what they are…
One thing though…
Are you selling to yourself? Or to customers.
Which leads me to my next point, when you do keywords you need to change the way you think about them. Not as a business owner.
But you need to be a customer of your own business.
Think like a customer. Act like a customer. BE a customer.
Think: 'What would qualified prospects write into that Google search bar to find MY product/service?'
Now look, I am not here to say it's going to take 5 minutes to find all the keywords. It may actually take a bit of brain storming to do it.
But if you position yourself as a customer of your own business, and think about what they would search, trust me, your chances of getting more leads is higher.
Hope it helps,
Rickson
